The first step into getting involved on LaxFoo.com is the sign-up. It takes about one minute to do and, as you can expect from us, absolutely free of charge. After the initial sign-up form your username is registered and you will be taken to a page where you can upload your profile picture. Please do take the time to upload it as profiles with pictures get a lot more visits. If you ever feel the urge to change your profile picture, simply go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and upload a new one.
LET THE WORLD KNOW
Tell others about your own site. After registration you will get your own easy to remember URL: www.laxfoo.com/yourusername - Put it in your signature, in e-mails, make it your homepage, it’s all good.
WHAT’S NEXT
After the first few steps, why not start with ‘pimpin’ your profile’? Thanks to our easy to use profile editor, creating a unique look is a breeze. Even a caveman could do it ;) – It is also possible to make your profile stand out even more. This does entail a bit more work and knowledge of CSS. The World Wide Web is full of tutorials on that subject though, so dive in!
SAY CHEESE
Every registered member here at LaxFoo.com gets 10mb of space to upload to their own gallery. Considering an average picture is about 25kb, everyone should have more then enough room to share their favorite lacrosse pics. If you accidentally upped a picture you would rather not share, simply delete it in your control panel. Complete freedom!
BLOG IT
As a registered member you have the ability to create your own blog and share it with the rest of the world. All of this can once again be done from your own control panel, simply by clicking on ‘MY ACCOUNT’.
THERE’S MORE
There’s even more you can do. You can create your own groups, invite friends, post classifieds, watch videos, use the forum, play some games, and the create polls.
